Hi Frothers !
This morning was sunny, and yet, the beach was E M P T Y until about 6am. Those of you who haven’t yet deserted the bubble for a trip up/down the coast or to the relatives have opted for a sleep in: ‘on ya !
At sunrise, Bondi looked like a small & sleepy beach town. The surf is small, mushy, but unusually uncrowded. No drop-in mayhem like we would normally see when the waves are below 2 ft. A different vibe altogether. I actually liked it too. Quietness is good sometimes.
Well, that’s a wrap for 2015. We will stop spamming your inbox until early January.
It was a pleasure to shoot the Ocean for you in the last 12 months. It has been a transition year for us at Frothers, with a new Team, a new website, and a lot of travelling on my side allowing me to bring you something different to the salty waters we’re used to (but which has also made it extremely challenging to keep the daily up-dates regular). We want to thank you immensely for your support, your smiles, your kind words in/out of the water, your kind/silly/fun comments left on the different social media platforms. It’s great to see such enthusiasm within our local community but also the wider community of Ocean lovers, wherever they are in the world.
Have a great break. Enjoy the time with your loved ones, and let’s have a thought for those who cannot share it with the ones they love.

Hi Frothers !
It’s wet and a bit gloomy out there…Summer has disappeared and left us with greyscale tones only. There is very little to report, except for the shark in Bondi who believed he was a dolphin ! – Read here.
So, we reckon it’s the perfect day to share with you black and white images from our Gallery.
Did you know that you could search for images on our website by colour ? You will find ”filter products” on the top left of any gallery section. You can then select the colour(s) that you are after. This is a great tool when you know exactly how you want to decorate the room, or to help you fit your Frothers artwork with the other artworks already present on your walls !

Hi Frothers !
Well, after all the storm water that flowed into the Ocean in the last few days, the water was surprisingly clear and inviting this morning.
It’s a shame that the waves are only nano. That’s when surfing is not so much physical exercising anymore, but rather a morning social event.
There is this holidays vibe floating around, and it feels great.
Duck out early from work and go for a swim. Don’t worry, despite what your boss is telling you, the end of the World is not happening between the last days of December and the first days of January: it’s a lie !

Boy we’ve been busy in the last few days: last minute prints – Xmas panic !

Hi Frothers !
The air is wet and electric this morning. The swell is absent. Great opportunity to present to you our 2015 best-selling images.
No, it’s not too late for a Xmas order ! So, unless you ask for a postage to Antarctica or something, we can still get you unframed high-quality prints on-time for Xmas. This is the perfect present, especially if you’re travelling to a remote destination with the present in your hands, or if you want to make this special someone visiting from overseas really happy: it’s easy to carry on in a plane (comes in a tube), even a large size print !
The cut-off date for the last-minute is tomorrow. Hurry !
