Hi Frothers !
The water is unusually warm. The wind is absent. And, there was a super fun bank throwing some nice 2-3ft rights on the Southern end of Bondi. Clean as.
If this is not the perfect morning, then I don’t know how much better it can get !
I wish I had been more awake this morning. Got to the beach, open the camera bag: not the right camera in the bag. Went home. Got the right camera to go in the water-housing. Got ready. Opened the trunk: where are my fins ?! Went home. Came back. Finally got in the water. And after 5 minutes in the ocean, the camera kept shooting hundreds of shots without me doing anything. A few minutes & 650 shots later, my memory cards were full. One of those days……#fail #whytoday?

Hi Frothers !
I could not get to the beach on time this morning to shoot the sunrise, but I can tell you it’s a cracker outside, and so will be the next few days. Summer in full swing again.
Summer is also the season for spectacular storms. I love them. The good thing with this part of the World, is that you don’t have to ”chase” the storms. They come to you.
Here are a couple shots of last week’s storm, and a few more taken from our Gallery.

Hi Frothers !
Well, we are certainly going to fry today: some say 36º, some 40º !
But, there is a but. The Southerly on steroids will kick in at some point late today, and will play the party crasher, bringing the storm, & the rain pour.
If you like to photograph storms, I reckon today could be a great day to shoot one of those dooms day storm fronts. At least, that’s what I am hoping for…
Till then, drink lots, call your boss and say you got tonsillitis, but make sure you get in the water before it turns to s…torm (between the flags: the rip was super strong in Bondi this morning).

Hi Frothers !
This morning was pretty dull. Grey and a little uninspiring. It should clear up during the day, but in the early hours of the day, I decided to leave the camera in the bag, especially after the run of nice colours we’ve had in the last days.
Here are a few shots that I took whilst sitting in the big drone, but Harbour side this time.
When I look at those, It really makes me think that we truly live in one of the most amazing, if not THE most amazing, big city in the World. We’re packed with paradise coves and swim in transparent water whilst sometimes being able to see the tower in which we spend our days. Let’s not take it for granted !
You’d be amazed to know how many people move (back) to London, Paris or New-York, with a Frothers Gallery artwork in their suitcases, in order not to forget that.

Hi Frothers !
Bondi woke up to a really nice morning today, and the bee-hive switched on just after the pink and orange colours had dissipated in the sky.
Kayakers, runners, swimmers, small wave surfers, fitness freaks, detox maniacs, hipsters, yogis, young mates, old mates, best mates, new dates, and old couples all gathered in harmony in/on/around the sand to join the morning social club !
I hope you were one of them.
