Hi Frothers !
I hope you packed a jumper and a raincoat this morning when leaving for work. What a shift vs. what we’ve been used to lately !
So, let us take you over the clouds, with images taken from air on cloudless days. Fly away with us and let your mind drift over the grey Sydney skies for a minute…
We have an adjustment to make in regards to our Pop-Up Store, from the Council. The location has changed to an even better one: we’ll be having our Pop-Up Store on the grass just South of the Bondi Pavillon / across from Roscoe Street from 4th-10th April !
Have a good day !

Hi Frothers !
Up until fairly late it was a monochromic morning: tough to see further than a few meters. Foggy as hell !
But if you paddled out blind in the fog, you probably discovered a few fun glassy waves. Tama had some really nice runners, and so did Bondi (a bit straight for Bondi though).
It’s grey now but the absence of wind makes it a nice day to go for a wave. This is the end of this amazing run of sunny warm days. Maybe the start of Autumn ?
Thanks to everyone who came to the talk organized at the Bondi Pavillon on Saturday. There was a lot of talent in the room, and it was great to see so many familiar faces.
We’ll talk more about it in the next weeks, but we’ll be having a Pop-Up Store right on the promenade from 4th-10th April ! We’ll have a great selection of artworks of all types and sizes, and a few surprises. More to be announced soon.
Have a great start of the week !

Hi Frothers !
It seems that the beach is wrapped up in a thick blanket of fog and it gives a very mystic vibe to the landscape. I love it !
This morning was again a very nice one. The water is getting really chilly now, but it’s so warm outside, it’s incredible. You gotta love that time of the year !
Surfwise (in Bondi): well, not really. If you want to you can. Good from far but far from good.
Have a great day !

Hi Frothers !
I had been hoping for one of those mornings for a while now. A sunrise with colours. It happened today. Not quite the Winter colour crazyness yet, but so pretty nonetheless. And the best thing is: it’s soooo warm.
Waves are a bit peaky, rippy and shifty, but there are certainly some fun ones out there. It’s just a real science to be able to pick the good ones. The Northern end of Bondi was smaller but a bit more consistent.
Another amazing day of this endless Summer…
Have a great day !

Hi Frothers !
22degrees at 6:15am: Autumn is a draggin’ its feet…Not complaining !
After a flat Monday, we’re getting waves again. A touch (way too) wobbly, but enough to still enjoy a surf in boardies, as the day promises to be perfect again.
The ocean is not just a place we enjoy, but it is also a source of protein for most of us. Sustainable sea-food is a real focus point nowadays. This year the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) is encouraging everyone to roll-up their sleeves and host their own Sustainable Seafood Day feast with (delicious) MSC and ASC certified seafood.
They’d love to celebrate the day with you and here’s how;
- Mark it down in your calendar: cook sustainable sea food on Friday March 11, 2016 (but celebrations will go throughout March).
- Invite friends over to enjoy a sustainable seafood meal and go to www.msc.org/forthesea for your free hosting pack which includes recipes, coasters, eco-shopping bag and a short film.
- Spread the word through social media with #ForTheSea and tag @LoveOceanLoveFood on instagram, @MSCinAustralia on twitter and @MSCinAustralia on Facebook – They have lots of prizes for our favourite posts including a shark dive, family pass to the zoo and sustainable seafood packs.
Have a great day !
