There is a pulse: the Ocean’s alive !

But why wasn't it as alive and kickin' when Parko was here paddling in the Bay?!

It's a bit junky out there in Bondi, and a lot cleaner in Tama/Bronte, even though it also looked a bit smaller. But in this haystack, you could easily find the needle.

And how about the light, this pretty autumn light in the offshore sprays?! How about this light golden hues ?! Man, i love those mornings !

It just makes waking up early feel like a treat, after feeling like torture.

Have a great day.

A great day starting ! A killer Tuesday that make you forget Monday.

Waves a a tiny notch bigger than yesterday, but very nice and clean. And again, the South end bank in Bondi was doing its magic. If you were making the section, you got finish on the sand.

I guess with less water, and if the wind stays still, it could be looking good. And with this 26 degrees on the dial and the blue sky, there is no reason to stay inside, unless you have to slave away till the weekend. And for those of you/us, I am sorry.

Have a great day !

Back in Town, I was not super impressed by the weather this morning, but it seems to be on the improve now.

Conditions are way better than yesterday (not hard to beat…), and Bondi had a few waves on the South end (as usual…).

Board shorts become a rare commodity on the beach nowadays, except for the odd full energetic Joel ''Yew-man'' Pilgrim who still finds the water tropical.

It's Monday, and it's a full 5 working days-week, for a change: it's gonna feel looooong !

Have a great day !

I feel like a fish in the water. Literally and figuratively.

Literally, because I’ve been spending more time underwater than on the ground. The waterhousing in one hand, and my eyes wide opened.

Figuratively, because the bush, the 4wd tracks, whether it is soft sand, rocks or corrugated, give you access to the real outback. The outback where you feel remote, alone, disconnected from the World (literally. Hence why I could not send an up-date yesterday).

I’ve had a very very close (too close) encounter with a Manta Ray, who thought that it was a good idea to give me a hug. But have you ever tried to hug a giant piece of sand paper ? Well, that’s what our friend the Manta feels like. My knees still bear the marks of this intimate moment.

Have a great day. Last one for the week for a lot of you. Yew !

The beauty about WA is everywhere.

But the most beautiful about it, is the fact that it is the end of the World. Everything is a real hike away. Soft sand, long road, dirt tracks…all of those things that make you appreciate even more whatever you find at the end of the road.

It's been pumping back home and I hope you've made the most of the long weekend.

Have a nice day !
