What a great run of swell we have had over the last few days. Although it has backed off to about 3 ft  today, there are still a few fun ones to be had. The wind is currently keeping things all nice and smooth for us thanks to the brisk WSW wind. This is forecast to become even lighter through the day which is great news for the late surf after a day on the tools or if you manage to knock off early from the office.

You could feel the rays of sunshine instantly warm things up as the sun popped up and over Ben Buckler. I had to even take a few layers off. It's days like this when you should grab a book and a coffee and park your backside in a north facing location and soak it all in and feel the warmth.

It looks like it should be a good surfing week with a 2 – 3 ft  south swell running and offshore winds. So see you in the water!

I took a few photos yesterday of a local meaty slab. It was very slow out there but when they came through the guys made the most of them. There were some bad wipeouts as well!

Have a great Monday – Brad
