To have a NE windswell roll into town at this time of year is quite unseasonal. It was a welcome surprise as I rolled down the hill to Bronte for the surf check. One look across the bay, I quickly realized that Tama was semi doin it! No where near the best I have seen Tama by no means (too much wobble) but the occasional wave would stand up on the sand bank and roll nicely all the way into Bronte. It was hitting the 3 – 4 ft mark early but it looked like it was backing off real quick. Get out there as soon as you can to make the most of it or plonk yourself down in a nice patch of sun. 20 degrees today!
